    If you aren't eating enough fat then you shouldn't use the fiber. 20-30% is ok. Lower than that is NOT ok under any circumstances (fiber or no)

    I'm not using herbs, except for minttea. I consume about 40 to 43 grams of protein each day and approximately 1600-1800 calories. I try to workout for an hour 5-6 days so I think I need the calories. My BMI is already pretty low, around 19.

    Really!?!?! Okay, in that case I think I will stop drinking minttea. Although it is a pretty strong swayfactor, isn't it?

    I don't think it is, personally. It is not something we've been tracking because people use it so differently from one another (different doses) there was no way to really pin it down closely enough to track. I doubt it is any better than saw palmetto (it's like a less effective version of SP) and SP is getting lower than the overall results of the site.
