    Ditto what the others said...I ate more and had a good variety of foods. I ate TONS of kale, spinach, broccoli, etc.

    I ate a lot of this type of food.... banana and apple in the am, avocado and tomatoes in the afternoon, and tomatoes/bell peppers/onion/garlic in the evening. We had a high potassium diet because hubby has high blood pressure and diet was suggested first to avoid medication. I am avoiding it now but making hubby eat half the amount he was before.
