Absolutely classic boy nub. She ^^ circled it perfectly. I don't know what is floating up there. It looks like possibly a blurry cord image. Or it could just be "noise" in the sonogram and not a part at all. Potentially a foot. But, it's not connected to the nub, which is very clear.

-Our rainbow little man (K: 2011)
-Our sway and pray little diva (J: 2013)
-Our lucky charm guy (S: 2015)
We may be done, we may come back for one more sway. Time will tell. At the moment, we are very content with our family!

Ha ha thanks Txmumof3beautifulboys - have you circled what you think is the nub or the floating thing? Where you have circled, I see a white line that has a kind of fork at the end - is that the nub or the more shadowy bit above???
and whats the larger bit above this? it looks like the leg to me??

Thanks hotdogz&boys - may I ask as you guys seem to know much more than me, what the three pronged thing is just below the circle to the right? looks like a fork?

It's probably the bum area. Maybe the side of a thigh. I see what you are looking at, but it's not gentitals or the nub, just how ultrasound imaged that area. Pretty much all of ultrasound is a series of lines anyway.
What Tx circled is the nub. It's not floating. It's what is referred to as a "stacked" nub. The genital tuber had begun angling upward to form a penis and scrotum. There is no fork. A fork is fairly obvious like this: --< when imaged on a nub. And a fork is not indicative of gender at all, it's just a shape of nubs. A straight angled nub, directly out from the body is a girl nub. A nub angled upward toward the sky or back to toward baby's head is indicative of a boy.A: "Owner" of the following brood:

I circled the entire nub area, the part sticking up an obvious boy part. With just the one picture it can be hard to tell what everything is, but I would be really surprised if this is not a boy
The floaty thing could be cord, could be leg as you suspect...I cannot tell though. Cute little baby though!
