Another option is to use a VERY small amount of Preseed or Conceive Plus. While larger amounts may sway blue, if you use the barest minimum you need for comfy BD, they seem to be neutral and do not kill sperm like the other lubes do

Atomic - I have some clarifying questions:
Okay, so we're planning on one attempt at +OPK day. You mentioned we should have protected BD prior to that, so I'll have him pull out (we've been doing that for years and haven't had an accident).
How often should we BD & pull-out prior to +OPK? You said every 2-4 days, but what's ideal? The previous poster said she DTD every 4 days for her girl (I assume without using protection)
Also, do you recommend I use rephresh and sylk? Or just sylk as the previous poster mentioned? I picked up rephresh recommendation from posts here and in IG.

Personally, if you are TTC without significant time on the diet, I'd use both rephresh and sylk this month, then drop the rephresh if you don't conceive next month, and drop the sylk/use nothing your 3rd month. That way you can sway more strictly until you've had more time on the diet.
I definitely think just one unprotected attempt at positive OPK is best for you, and I'd probably BD every day pulling out up until your attempt if I were you.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

You CAN have protected BD - you don't have to. The eveyr 2-4 days is the frequency with which your husband should release, either on his own, or with you, with a condom. This isn't for swaying pink, it's just a nice level of release that will provide enough swimmers to enable you to conceive with the one attempt.
DTD every 4 days is a different method and is no better or worse in terms of how often to have hubby release (so there is no advantage between every 2 days and every 4). Anything between 2-4 days is fine and it doesn't need to be consistent. The only people who need to stick with every 4 days are those actually having SEX unprotected to completion every 4 days.
I am moving away from the jellies because the stats are showing that they aren't helping anything and are probably really cutting odds of conception for some people. Unless, as Maiden mentions, you are just not really wanting to conceive this month.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
