I'm thinking the same as bekki, if thats the nub, even though its early, it does seem to be quite detatched and I would hazard a guess on the blue side for now Good luck!!

In the new pic from how I see it looks like baby is completely facing away with back to us, but I'm not exactly sure. Wish I could give a better guess for you!
