Happy - It's completely natural to be disappointed but it will be a match made in heaven and you'll be so delighted that you'll think back to this, and be able to comfort other people who experience GD.

I'm sorry you didn't hear your DG!I don't know if this is any help to you but I didn't hear of swaying on my second child. We had a second boy and honestly I thought I wanted a pigeon pair but now I look at my 3 yr old and my 1 yr old and I think they are the most perfect gift I could have ever given each other. They are each other's shadow and the best of friends and both of them are complete mamas boys. Regardless of whether I ever get my DG I know I will be loved and dotted upon in my old age by my two gorgeous men. Sending big (((hugs))) xxx
