Giz, I think there are lots, the ones that say "natural"....just look at the ingredients and pick one that only contains peanuts, salt, and oil. But honestly, I am not one of those that thinks its a huge deal....if you like one kind over another, go with it!

No, not at all. Prevention Magazine studied peanut butter and found that the amounts of sugars/trans fats in even the most highly processed peanut butters was only marginally different than the unprocessed ones.
Of course if you have the option, unprocessed is best but some people just flat HATE unprocessed PB. Processed is good enough!!!
PS - even if you think you hate unprocessed PB, I hope you try the Justin brand nut butters because they are really nummy.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
