Aspartame question

Frilly, I should know this but are you doing the alt. diet??? I would have you avoid much empty carbs if you react badly to sugar/honey.

No I'm not just LE. Should I change it up a bit? Sorry if this sounds dumb but what do empty carbs do to immunes?

They don't do anything to the immune system that I"m aware of, but if you are getting heart palpitations after eating sugar and honey, you are not going to be tolerating the empty carbs in the LE Diet very well either and may do better on one of the alt. diets in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html
