My mom ate an organic mostly vegetarian diet (plus fish/seafood) including loads of fruit, veg, and nuts. She ate dark leafy green veg every day of her life. I'm sure bananas and very nutritious fruit/veg (if that's what you mean by super foods?) were included, as my mother was a health and fitness nut (she swam laps & belly danced daily before & during her pregnancy with me). She didn't like PB though (which is actually not that healthy, anyway - just high in fat/cals). One attempt bc I was created by AI, she conceived on the first try.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I never ate bananas or peanut butter when I conceived my daughter. However, I ate both when I conceived my boys.

I never eat peanut butter and rarely ate bananas. I also never eat breakfast. Before I had dd, I was really stressed planning and going on family vacation. And drink lots of coffee, coke and only ate fast food and buffets (was on a cruise). 2 weeks after the cruise I got a BFP!

i never ate bananas with either dd, if i wanted a fruit on the go i'd usually eat an apple. i barely ever ate peanuts or peanut butter. both times when we conceived, i was on a diet, only coffee for breakfast, and wouldn't have my first real meal until noon most days. no snacking. i was doing a lot of cardio as well, and taking VERY VERY unhealthy fat burners to try to lose weight. obviously, we weren't trying either time. the first time i wasn't great about taking my pills when i got pregnant with DD1, and the second time i was charting to avoid and thought i had ovulated waaaay before i actually did.
looking back now i was such an idiot from a health viewpoint. i thought that eating less, only doing cardio, taking energy supplements etc would be how i needed to lose the 10-15lbs i wanted to lose back then.

I ate a banana every day plus lots of other fruit and veg and had quite a healthy diet. I didn't eat peanuts and minimised consumption of other nuts but if i wanted to eat them, I would have done.
trying to think of what other 'superfoods' are, I think beetroot is considered a superfood? I ate a lot of beetroot. And broccoli. I probably had avocado once a week (compared to around 3 a week when I conceived my boy!)
But has already been said there are no magic foods. The best advice is to consider what totals work for your lifestyle and stick to those and eat whatever you want in those target totals.
