    I'll attempt June and July and then hold off until winter again we're not successful. Basically I can't be due June through sept (even October is risky...) as I have weddings in 2016 already booked! So hard trying to do this without pissing anyone off . I know this mentality could really be stressful so I'm giving myself that 2 month window and trying to adapt a positive

    YOu CANNOT wait at 39. You don't have the time to spare. TTC NOW NOW NOW. Do not wait till June (it is, of course, your call to make, I just really don't recommend it when you're not going to be able to TTC for a while after that).

    If you've already been on some form of diet, go for it. If you MUST wait, no longer than 6 weeks.

    Seriously? I'm not ready!!! Haha! My diet has proved to be continuously boy friendly even though I've been skipping breakfast I've still been eating way too much fat

    Also is there any value in me getting a plan then? Suddenly I have this sick pit in my stomach. I haven't even been taking folic acid. I just picked it up. Shouldn't I be on that for s few months (all swaying aside)?

    I do plans all the time for people TTC the same month they buy one. There are a lot of benefits to it, starting with 15-18 pages of instructions for you and the coaching - which is your own private forum where I answer your q's every day whereas in the free forums I sometimes take a few days to get back to people and PM's I'm even worse on. (for some reason people tend to send me long PM's and it takes forever to get thru them some weeks) It only helps. If you're starting a last minute sway, I take that into consideration.

    Plus I really appreciate it as this is my job

    Tell me more about what you mean specifically about too much fat. Many times people have a mistaken belief about what the LE Diet is and are actually doing fine when they think they are messing it up.

    RE the folic, while it's ideal to be on it for 90 days coming into TTC, nowadays so many foods are being fortified with folic that it is really not a big deal if you haven't been on it. Esp. since you ahve not been doing the LE Diet, start now and I personally would have no concerns proceeding with TTC as long as you don't ahve a history of NTD.

    I mentioned this in another thread already but I got fed up with BFN and actually quit taking folic and I had a kid with an NTD already, conceived on 800 mcg folic acid (so this was a HUGE no-no for me) and I still ended up with a normal healthy baby. It is by far more important during pregnancy so please no one ever postpone TTC (esp. at 39 or older) because of this. So many foods are fortified with folic now people are getting more than they think.

    Guilty for the long ass pm! Haha! Ok tbh im broke with Cuba on the horizon next week but I haven't stopped thinking about my sway and tHT alone is more stress than I believe I should have. Not that I'm being negative, just always on my mind!

    Oh and the fat thing - when I was just coming in to the diet I was consuming 60-80gs/day (or more)

    Haha LOL that was not directed at any person, it just seems to be the case that I get "War and Peace" length PM's and then they start stacking up and it sometimes takes an act of God for me to get thru them.

    60 g fat is ok if you're eating 1800 cals or if you have PCOS. Have you read this essay? It may help to get more vegetable-based fats and less animal based and sat. fats. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html
