Thanks atomic. would it still benefit me if I started now? It would only give me a week before my attempt. I walk around the house quite a lot so fingers crossed that helps ha ha.

I'm in the middle of doing this! I'm at about 45/50 mins four times a week at the minute. I don't have time for anything else. I'll work up to the 60 minutes over time, and add in extra days. Atomic did say on another thread that the 6/7 days per week aren't hugely important, even if you can manage about 4 or 5 days a week of a minimum of 60 minutes. Its the 60 minutes thats seeing the best results. Correct me if I'm wrong though...

Lol glad I am not the only one. My boys were ill last week and exercise took a back seat and now this week I am finding it hard to get time and energy to do it. I would so take the couch potato route if the boys didn't keep me so active. My activity right now is completely boy friendly as usual!! Moderate exercise sucks lol.

Hi Mandy, just saw your thread and jumping in. I am currently swaying for a girl and excersize everyday for 60 minutes. I have bought a secondhand hometrainer online, and what really helps me to stay on it for at least 60 minutes is watching all te old episodes of grey's anatomy on my IPad! It is really addictive! Just choose a tv-serie that you really find exciting and you get so destracted that you finish that 60 min in no-time
.
If I do not bicycle I walk for 60 minutes straight after my stroller pushing nu two boys!
If you are worried about your T-levels I would definitely start excersizing this two weeks leading up to your O if I were you. Hope it helps! Good luck!(2011)

(failed sway 2016, lost his twin-sibling at 10 weeks pregnancy
) Looking for HT this fall

Thanks for the advice :-) I do have an exercise bike and usually watch Jeremy Kyle ha ha but I seemed to struggle today, I may just persevere with it until O day but then I worry about keeping up with the exercise if I don't get pregnant this cycle. If I start it and then drop it is that boy territory? I've done the diet for 3 months now so I'm hoping that alone will help in a big way, I didn't do any exercise when I had my dd so I don't think it's make or break for me really :-)
