I recommend you look into HT then if this is a potential medical situation. I really do.
Yes, it's clear to me you are confused about what the LE Diet even is. Has nothing to do with "magic foods" and many of us got girls eating potatoes and pasta with sauce (my daughter is nearly entirely comprised of such things)
Oh and I missed this the first time thru but it is IMPERATIVE you do not start drinking tons of water with the diet you've ben following. You are going to end up killing yourself because you're flushing out the small amounts of nutrient you're taking in.

You can if you would like and we have gotten outstanding results with it so far (albeit with fairly small sample size). Weight is calories in, calories out, and if you eat less calories than you burn, you lose weight.
I have a dreadful time losing weigh when I'm breastfeeeding as well. Esp. the first 6 months. Over time it will come off tho.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

NO. Any changes you make in a pink friendly direction will only help your sway. You do not need to do everything if you cannot do everything. This diet is not like the "old school" sway diets where if you do one thing different it won't work.
Do the stuff that works for you and even if it's only 1 or 2 things, it still helps sway pink.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

All the ready meals im eating are all fortified with a few vitamins. I'm only eating ready meals as theyre calorie controlled and I dont know how to calorie count. What im confused with is alot of women say dont gain weight on a pink sway but to eat low nutritious foods... the thing is low nutritious foods like crisps and chocolate are very high in calories which would lead to weight gain (this is all ive been eating for years naturally) but home cooked meals that are low in calorie are usually very high in nutrition as most veg is low cal... whats best to go for - low cal or low nutrition?

first question - it is fine to eat the ready made meals SOMETIMES and there's no way to totally avoid fortified foods. But it may be a fool's errand if you're cutting calories but eating ONLY super fortified foods. Prenatal vitamins are one of the highest successes we have with our boy sways (consistently above 80%) and eating heavily fortified foods, you may as well be taking a vitamin.
second question - Yes, you absolutely CAN lose weight eating lower nutrient foods and no, crisps and chocolate are not the only ways to eat lower nutrients. Just by cutting calories and protein and fat you are going a LONG way towards eating lower nutrients. You can eat things that are seemingly healthy like rice and salad and vegetables and skim dairy and those things are still going to be lower nutrients.
You have to read the diet threads I posted as they will answer a lot of your confusion, I suspect.
RE vegetables and nutrients - you would have to eat a mountain of broccoli to get even a fraction of the nutrients in a burger and fries and chocolate shake. DO NOT fear vegetables on LE Diet - they are FREE meaning you can have as much as you want and do not even have to count them!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

In regards to skipping breakfast, how is that done. I wake up at 6am every morning but dont normally eat lunch until 1pm... do I really need to go 7 hours without food? Is there a time limit that is classified as skipping breakfast or does it mean youre only allowed 2 meals a day?
