If 100 lbs is normal for you and you've conceived at that weight, I think it's okay to drop back down to that but no lower. BUT I agree, not while BFing unless you're okay with weaning down to just a few feeds a day.
What YOU/your body do matter much more than your DH. So don't worry about all the boys in his family. That doesn't matter much if at all. Focus on the diet, especially low fat (that is the hardest part for me too, and we are the same size/metabolism), and the daily cardio for 60+ minutes - starting diet/exercise 12 weeks before you begin TTC - and then one BD attempt in your fertile period once you are TTC. Also keep in mind which fats you consume; read the Skinny on Fats thread (link in post below) for details. Then at least if you are going over on fat it will be mostly pink friendly fats. And vegetarian is also ideal.
Welcome and good luck! There are many naturally slim gals swaying pink on here.Last edited by maidentomother; May 11th, 2015 at 10:17 PM.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Thank you so much! So helpful. I'm used to cooking with grassfed butter all the time so this will be a change!

It's normal for our weight to be different at different times of our lives. I was always 125 and now my natural setting is 135.
THe maple syrup is ok. Some people want to hunt down every possible thing under the sun that could possibly sway but it is impossible that things like that could really sway much at all.
58 g protein and 71 g fat is not too bad to start with. It's probably way better than what a lot of us were eating when we got boys.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Oh gosh. Wayyyy lower for me. While breastfeeding, the past year I was eating kind if paleo. 3 eggs every single day for breakfast with butter! Lots of meat and fat.
I think I'm going to do a laid back sway anyway. I want a girl but if I get another boy, my husband is more likely to agree to 4 babies.

I used to eat SO much butter and was on a Weston A Price type diet. Super high in healthy fats. So I understand, it is a biiiig change but it makes sense that so many slim, healthy, fertile women eating high fat, high nutrient diets get boys.
It's great that you're okay either gender and a relaxed approach often works better than a super strict 'perfect' pink sway. Like atomic said, even small changes sway and you never know how much of a push you need to get pink. I hope you get a girl AND hubby okays a 4th.

Please don't get overly focused in on the numbers. At the beginning I didn't even WANT to make up numbers for that very reason. If you're moving in the direction of less, it still sways pink.
Have I shared this link?? It may help to just change where your fats are coming from even if you can't quite get them that low. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I have read that! Honestly, I'm sure I can ask you more of these type of questions when I purchase my custom plan (soon). I'm kind of nervous about all of these artificial sweeteners and unhealthy oils. Like I'm scared of birth defects or issues with the baby. I'm wondering if I might be successful with still doing low(ER)fats but the healthy kinds.
