I had a cosleeper- an ArmsReach. I loved it but I found myself becoming lazy and not putting the bay back in the cosleeper after I had finished nursing him...LOL. Otherwise, I loved having him close It was really nice.

That doesn't bother me once they get a bit bigger DM, I often got DS3 up for a feed in the night and woke up in the morning with him in the crook of my arm - but I'd be terrified of that with a tiny newborn. We don't have a big bed and DH sleeps like a log!!

Yeah.....tiny newborn stage=one sleepless Mama in my house. I do have them in bed from the beginning but my hubby sleeps like a statue! I swear that man doesn't move a muscle the entire night! I think he makes up for the lack up movement with his snoring...ugh. I also tend to have tummy sleepers so from day 1 DS3 slept in between us on his belly.....I slept very lightly the first 3 months, I tell ya! He had very good head control from an early age but I still got the lectures from the health nurse. He just would not sleep on his back AT ALL. Anyway, about waking with them in the crook of your arm....DS3 is in bed with us and I wake up in the am with him usually attached to my boob.... and his head smells just like my armpit! Mmmmm......charming! LOL!

What is the matter with me, I'm now thinking of using the condoms until I get a +OPK then BDing unprotected 2 or 3 times through O. So indecisive!

^^^This sounds great! You've done so freaking well on the diet Z....I would give those swimmers a fighting chance after all, they'll need to make their way up through all that gel and low ph secretions....just make sure your hubby stays the heck away from your cervix!!!

I've had a rethink re the spermicide condoms because I'm worried that I haven't tried them before - I'd hate to discover I have an allergy or that they cause my pH to rise right when I don't want it to (and I won't be testing my pH so I wouldn't even be aware!). After much deliberation I think I'm comfortable with this:

    -Start DTD cd5.
-DH to release without DTD for next 7 days
-DTD unprotected until after I've ovulated, ie. BD through O.
-Aci-jel a couple of times early in our cycle (so it's not completely new to my body) then an hour before each attempt. JAD after.
-Hot bath/shower for DH before each attempt. Possibly a glass of wine too for acidity!
    -Shallow release

Does this sound ok? I'm so over the timing aspect - if I have less overall/more acidic CM anyway and DH has lower sperm count/less semen from regular BDing AND I use a little Aci-jel to provide more acidity and some sticky stuff for the sperm to make it through AND I dump some of them straight after anyway, then I think I at least want there to be an egg there to meet whichever have made it through all that so I stand a chance of getting pregnant.

I considered adding Sylk and the other product I found (Balance Activ) but came back to trying to keep it simple and the least number of things to remember as possible. I'm on CD1 today so I'll add all the stuff I need to remember to my diary and cross them off as I go through the month so I've done all my thinking upfront - that's the plan anyway

I'm going to try to be on the computer less in the evenings because there's no way DH and I will feel romantic if we sit on opposite sofas with our respective laptops on every evening - and with this frequent release/BDing we've got alot of 'romantic' to fit in this month!!

I like your simple plan the best because I feel like it gives less stress and less room for error.

With anything that is very important, there's always the temptation to keep adding more and more but sometimes, less is more!! Remember the 80-20 rule..."You get 80% of the results with 20% of the effort and to get that remaining 20% you have to expend 80% of the effort!" And along with that 80% of the effort, sometimes comes higher T levels unfortunately and ALWAYS comes less chance at pregnancy.

Wishing you the very very very very very best of luck Zana.
