It's hard for me to temp the same time everyday .. And I usually wake once during the tight.
This was my temp this morning and I woke up many times throughout the night.
Does this mean many of my temps are inaccurate?

Not necessarily. I always woke at different times too, but I always took my temp after the longest stretch of sleep regardless of the time. You can do either (temp at a set time or after the longest period of sleep, just be consistent). I just couldn't do a set time, because DS2 was still waking at various times of the night due to teething.

It just means you shouldn't give them quite as much weight, that's all.
Another thing you can do is temp at night. This is riskier because things like eating, exercising, drinking can change your temperature but if you are careful you can often get it to work for you (esp. if you temp vaginally)but if you start temping at night you have to stick with that, don't switch back and forth between day and night.!!!
