Lol I'm TERRIBLE for drinking water; like i don't drink enough so I can go hours and hours without peeing. Bad habit though... When I get pg there will be a few bad habits to fix.

That's fine and everyone should always drink to their thirst when swaying. Drink when thirsty but don't forcefeed yourself either.

No, I've just always drank a lot of water, not more than recommended, but still plenty. And I have some trouble getting all the urine out at once, so sometimes I go several times. I went to see a ob gyn for it, but she said all was fine, so I guess I just pee a lot.

Hmmm can you get a second opinion?? You are so young to have that type of issue.

Yes, I was thinking about that, to discuss it with my new ob gyn, because it's not normal to have to pee little bits so often.

You might have diastis recti and a weak pelvic floor. Does your tummy like hang over? I had it and had to fix it with exercise.

Yes! My midwife said I had it a few years ago and I'll need surgery once I'm done having kids. My mom had the surgery last year. I've had massive babies, so my muscles in my tummy tore during pregnancy And I do have a weak pelvic floor, but when I told the ob gyn I was loosing drops of urine, she said it was just cm! I told her no, it's def urine. And she send me to a physiotherapist to get some pelvic exercises. She promised me it would help within 4 months. Well 4 years later and I still have to wear pantyliners constantly. So may have to go for surgery for that as well after my last pregnancy.

No it isn't and it can be fixed so you don't have to live with it.

Some researchers are starting to think the Kegels are an unnatural movement and may be making things worse for some women. And that other types of more "natural" movements like squatting may be better.

That having been said I know very few of us girls who don't leak some peepee after a baby. One baby does it to ya. I am much more concerned about not being able o empty your bladder (and by concerned I am just saying I don't think you should have to live iwth that.)
