The exercise guidelines are only that - guidelines. They're what I think is gonna work for most people, most of the time, and if you do things a little differently then that can work too.

You literally can't be building muscle on a lower cal, lower protein diet. It's hard for women to build muscle under the best circumstances and LE Diet is not the best circumstances. I strongly suspect you can get away with continuing but of course I think for absolutely best results you'd drop it.

If bone broth fits in your limits for the day you can have it. IT's low everything, not no everything.
