    We don't know yet, but this isn't working!!!

    If you want to do the compromise, you can keep doing the monitor/opk, have your FIRST attempt as one attempt (and you never know, next month may be totally back to normal, it happens all the time) and then switch to the every 4 days. That way you may get lucky and have the one attempt if you O on time, but then cover your bases and have the every 4 days thereafter.

    Ok thanks that's what I will start doing! I thought it was a good sign when your cycles start to change it means the diet is working and changes are going on inside your body! If I go back to my old cycles and the get shorter does that mean my body is recovering from the changes? I know you probably don't know the answer to that %100 but just your opinion will help!! Thanks again for doing what your doing Atomic it really does help having advice and people to talk to who are going through the same situations
