My Mil who lives on cigarettes and coffee had 6 girls and a lot of the women I know with girl heavy families drink a lot of coffee so I thought it wouldn't hurt to add it to my sway.

What foods did you typically eat, on average? I know you mentioned your diet didn't vary too much.
Just curious- I know there are no magic bullets or magic foods [emoji6]!

Congrats Pearl and such lovely news!! Hope I will follow your shoes! I was waiting to hear your news with anticipation, as I have a similar birth order and though I know this is no 'magic', I hope I will be as lucky as you are. You must be over the moon :-)

My 1st and my small meal of the day, pretty much every day was 4 pack of belvita breakfast with either a skinny cappuccino or a mug of black tea with a tsp milk
The rest of the food was interchangable lunch or dinner
Homemade tomato soup with a 100-150 cal bread roll (no butter)
Pasta with either basil pesto or spicy arribbiatta sauce and 1 tbsp parmesan
2 slices of toast with a banana or apple and peanut or almond butter
a bagel with light philidelphia and sliced cucumber or tomato on top
2 potato waffles with 200g baked beans
my fav lunch: a pitta bread with 1 tomato, 1/3rd cucumber and 1/2 avocado chopped up and mixed with 1 dessert spoon of salad cream ( like miracle whip i think)
A slice of low low cheese and tomato sandwich
Occassionally 1/2 a frozen plain cheese pizza
Depending on my levels for the day I would add a 100cal yogurt or chocolate dessert pot at the end of dinner, 100g haribo jellies, diet crisps (velvet crunch cassava snacks 89 cals), Mr Kipling mini cakes usually the lemon bakewell, white wine or light beer
That was it. not very healthy and very wheat, cheese and tomato heavy. I did not eat 1 egg except what was in the mini cakes and had the same few fruit and veggies the whole time. defo no magic food as I was eating about 2 avocados a week.
