    Thanks a lot for replying. I m eating two whole whest bread with tea. Then at 1 yogurt drink. Lunch at 5 rice and chicken. Dinner i usually skip
    I sleep at around 2 am so if i m hungary i take a cup of milk or fruit

    I m confused on bding how much to refrain n how much should i do b4 bd
    Positive opk mean O is in next 12-36 days so should i bd tht day?

    I need to know your calories, fat, and protein intake.

    Should be like 1500-1800 cals a day (if you're very petite you can drop this to 1200-1500 but I prefer most don't)
    30-60 g fat
    40-50 g protien

    I m not sure how to calculate it actually but i pretty much eat less than 1500 calories a day
