I just worry about getting too much caffeine. I drink coffee in the morning, and I would let myself have two cans of diet pepsi maybe, but after that I'd start worrying that the caffeine would make it too hard to get pregnant in combination with everything else I'm doing. I'm also the type of girl who can't have caffeine in the evening or it affects my sleep. I've thought about picking up some diet gingerale or something like that for the evening.

I don't think it affects my sleep, although I did have that awful migraine a couple of weeks ago and I wasn't sure whether to blame the aspartame or AF, maybe both! I guess it's something I might consider if it's taking a while to get pregnant but I've always drunk alot of tea and been ok, so fingers crossed. You don't like the caffeine free version?

You know - I've never tried the caffeine free version. I suppose I should pick some up.

It's not as good but not bad either and will give you the aspartame without the caffeine

    Hi girls,

I was hoping I could join you on this thread. I am a positive newbie to this (despite reading everything for months!) and am planning to TTC in October (I know the worst month for TTC a girl but it works for the school year as only want a 2 year gap!)

    ♥ User Name: MaybeOne Day
♥ Swaying Status: Swayer in Waiting - planning to TTC in October so have started my 6 week lead up
    ♥ TTC DC # 3 - DS1 - Jan 08, DS2 - March 10
♥ Your approach to pink sway: Lose weight by reducing portions and cutting snacks and missing breakfast. Take SP and Vitex. Use Rephresh before attempt and sylk as a lube. DH will to frequent release and will DTD with about 2 day cutoff but if that gets too stressful will wait for a smile before DTD. Will take antihistimines around our attempt.

Think that is about it! Looking forward to getting to know you all.

I have actually decided to cut out vitex all together this cycle just becuase I think thats what caused me to have buckets of ewcm(sorry tmi) when i normally dont produce much, I have added rephresh in my sway, I end up doing soy iso cd1-6,
cd1- 80mgs(wanted to know how it bothered me or side effects)
cd2- 160mgs (was still scared to do the 200mgs lol read to many side effects and it scared me lol)
cd3-6 200mgs(so I got 3 days of 200mgs no side effects just mild headache on cd6)

I did 6 days because I didnt think cd1 counted since it was the normal 80mg dose lol and I wanted to make sure I got a good twin sway, I am on cd12 and normally O on cd15 to cd16, i was thinking that I might O early because a lot of woman who took SI said that it did move O up,
