Up! I'm still curious. If there is no nub in the first picture, so what is that thing that looks like a nub? What about last picture? I have ultrasound next week, but I am looking for more guesses from you!

Maybe boy from last pic. First pic might have an outline of the nub, but it isn't clear, so not reliable to guess from.
