There is no magic set amount to the gap between meals. Do what works for YOU. You cannot stick to a diet that is making you miserable.

Do be sure you're sticking in limits like KS mentions - a lot of the times when people are having trouble with diet, it's because they are starving themselves and not doing LE. LE is meant to be EASY to stick with and if you're white-knuckling it the whole time, somethings not right. We have to get to the bottom of what that is and fix it so you can stick to the diet.
Well i just purchased a plan and did the questionaire. Im hoping you can help me with this diet part, i need the most help with that.

it is something we hear again and again from blue swayers. They hate the HE Diet just as much as pink swayers hate the LE Diet. Many people actually kind of like that feeling (once upon a time I was in really good shape and very thin, and I did!)

THen we need to talk about WHAT you're eating and how much. Please give me a rundown either in this thread or in one of the threads that your questionnaires are in (just "reply" to those) and I can see what's going on. This is fixable.

I just wanted to update in case anyone else has this issue as well. I wanted to say you were right! It's been about a week now or a little over and my body has adjusted. No more feeling dizzy or being light headed. Now i just get the stomach growls hours later when it's time to eat. I made a couple small food changes like cutting out bagels. Thanks so much for your advice again.
