I'm pretty much down to two meals a day. Some days are better than others in terms of snacking but I'm definitely better than I was. Good to know that the wine can count as a third "meal". I really need to get in the habit of doing MFP. I'll be good for a couple of days and then I forget to do it for a few days. I feel like I'm much pinker than I was when I conceived my boys so I guess that's a start.
Faithinpink - I think you're right. Without the coffee, I would probably be much more likely to cheat and eat breakfast in the morning.Mama to four sweet boys

Coconut water is fine for pink but it needs to be with meals bc it has a significant number of calories. Diet soda/crystsl light with effectively no cals is fine between meals.

Coffee in the morning and between meals is fine, most of us do exactly that in the morning. Technically if you want to follow the rules to the letter you would not have any sugar in this, only unsweetened or artificially sweetened. IDK if your creamer has many cals or carbs or sugar so I can't tell you specificaly if it's ok or not, but I will tell you this was one of my chosen cheats, I always ahd real sugar in morning coffee and got a girl doing that.
Wine is also supposed to be with a meal but again, many people break this rule, myself included!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Both 2 and 3 meals are perfectly acceptible on LE Diet. Each individual should do what works for THEM and not worrya bout what others are doing on that. Either 2, or 3 meals (even if one is alcohol LOL) totally fine

I think I may have very low potassium levels actually, last night I couldn't sleep cause I felt like I had restless leg syndrome (reminded me of being pregnant!), I think I'll get some coconut water today

It could also be a magnesium deficiency. When I first started swaying I stopped taking my daily magnesium supplement and eventually became deficient (confirmed by blood tests). DH also always took a daily magnesium and within a week or two of stopping started having leg cramps in the middle of the night. I started him back on magnesium (3 times a week) and no more leg cramps. My kids have also had eye tics and night terrors that go away with magnesium. It's the stress relieving, calming supplement and also helps with sleep issues.
