Boy friendly way to delay O and lengthen cycles?

Omg so maybe the fertile cm give me this long wait? My O was like 4-5 day late! But I only took 2 last month and 3 this time. I stoped taking it and then I had O like maybe 4 days later .(i guess O was yesterday)

I would do the B6 in a heartbeat. Even if you haven't been taking it for months, it won't hurt and may help.

I am scared of the l-arg (which is also in the Fertile CM for those hwo didn't know that) because it seems like it's messing people up. To my mind, EPO + fish oil is better.

But that having been said, I do think it's totally possible that your cycles are simply getting shorter because the boy diet is giving your body more raw materials to work with (and that's a good thing).

How much B6 do you recommend? I have been taking 50mg the last few days. Should I up it?

How does the boy diet make the cycles shorter??

I just want to O around the 10th of October, and I am not sure how to make that happen!!

1) I took 100 mg and got what was prob twin boys!!
2) By raising estrogen and helping with your overall fertility, because the diet gives your body more raw materials to manufacture the hormones needed for repro cycles. So if before it took you 3 weeks to O, and now it only takes you 2 weeks, your cycle will get shorter and you'll have more chances to TTC per year. It's actually GOOD news (but no one needs to panic if this isn't happening for them, there are tons of exceptions of peopel with reg. cycles who have girls and people with long cycles who have boys.)
3)you can try the IG trick of going onto BC pills and then going off of them, but a)I don't know how to do that and b)I think it's better to NOT do that.

Well, I had a REALLY early O this cycle, and I would like it to be a week longer next cycle, if I had my choice! How much did it delay your O?

it delayed my O about a week but thats only bc i stopped it in time.

I also read that soy iso may delay O and some people on IG did use it for this, to get their O into the right moon phase.

Is the BC pill "trick" for TTC a girl or boy? I thought you were more likely to get a girl right after BC pills?

Also thought soy was a girlie t hing too? I have been avoiding it, so I probably won't do the iso. I will up my B6, though.

The BC pills was suggested to anyone who wanted to move their O. I really don't suggest it for anyone because I think it's playing with fire, we do all this work to alter our hormones and then boom give it a big shot of hormones that screw everything up and for what?? A moon phase that prob. doesn't sway much if at all.

Tamara and the IG gang believe soy sways blue becasue it's a phytoestrogen. I have misgivings about that and I think it sways pink (because it interferes with the production and use of your body's natural estrogen and also testosterone)- as long as people dry up their CM at the same time using antihistamines. Plus, when you're swaying blue you do a lot of stuff to increase T and E production so it might sway less pink, than for a pink swayer who was doing a lot to lower T and E. Meaning that if you have a lot of T and E working for you, even if the soy inhibits their production and effectiveness somewhat, the odds are that you are still going to have enough to get the job done. Whereas for a pink swayer, they are doing everything to decrease T and E, and then they throw soy in there on top of it and it interferes with the effectiveness of what little is there. (Does that make sense???)

So if you didn't take anything to dry up your CM and only took it in the short term, like you got pg as quickly as possible and didn't give the iso time to screw things up, it might not have time to affect you negatively. The phytoestrogens seem to make a lot of CM the first month or two people take them and then the CM dries up. I feel that for most people, it's not worth the risk of taking it (because I assume that most everyone wants to optimize their chances) BUT if you have another reason for taking them and you are trying to get pg as quick as you can, it may be worth it to you to try them for 1-2 months, pull out all the stops and get pg right away.

Interesting. But then, there is no guarantee that I will get pg right away, so I really could screw things up. Right? I am not sure it is worth the risk!

No guarantee, but I tend to think that blue swayers may get pg more quickly than pink swayers because you're doing so much to improve fertility overall.

Personally, I wouldn't take it, just laying out the case.
