Ah yes - understand. I sometimes have to take antihistamines but i dont always have to drink.. i just do. Its hard to pass up a glass of wine with the DH!

Great thread! The birthing a jellyfish image had me in stitches! I have had that situation once or twice but since the LE diet it's more just visible when I wipe. I am guessing I don't have too much and I really really want to conceive this month, so I think I'll leave out the AHs! I used them last month and did notice the "drying up" effect!

Thanks for feedback Honeybee - ill be avoiding AHs too - seems unnecessary. (for me)
