^^ and that's another reason to possibly hold off, especially with swaying...if you test at 7 DPO and get a negative and then decide OK I"ll start back up again with 2 drinks a day and vitex and SP and a partridge in a pear tree and then find out you're pregnant then you will feel really bad! I did this with DS 4 because I had what seemed to be a period, and then started doing LE Diet and vitex for 2 weeks (and I think I was on LE Diet longer than that even) only to find out at my first ultrasound I was over 3 weeks furhter along than I thought and my "period" wasn't a period at all.
