Thanks so much!! I O this upcoming weekend so I will try to be on my best behavior! We live in Japan but will be leaving to move back to the U.S. at the end of the year and the food here is so incredibly delicious I am panicking a bit about what I will miss. I really hope that we get a BFP this month so I can enjoy my last few months here eating all my favorites!! My PH is staying right at 4.3- 4.5 consistently so hopefully I will be good to go!

You have to keep the goal in mind!
The diet is not forever. Once you have a BFP you can eat what you want again.
Go for it!!!

The adult part of me realizes this, it's the pouting child side I am having to battle
. I really hope I get a BFP this month, only 3 months left here. I was planning on one attempt on O day but am considering adding additional attempt, however that would bring DH under his 9 day abstinence that we were shooting for, any ideas?

pinkdreams - if you do an attempt at O-1 with an 8 day abstinence you could have another attempt on O day but get DH to release twice that day and only use the second batch.
