Think im going to do every 3 days and attempt at positive , the thing that really confuses me is working out when i actually ov after i get a +ve opk. Sometimes i get 3 days of really strong positives then the 4th day is still kinda +ve so how am i meant to know what dpo i am and what day ovulation is. I dont get ov pains like i used to so cant rely on that to tell me. So annoying, because if im not actually oing until the day of my last +ve then rather than doing an attempt on my 1st pos opk id maybe be better attempting on my 2nd day of +ve opk ? Because for some reason we keep missing this egg!

It doesn't matter when you ovulate. O day is actually WORSE odds of conception, by quite a lot really, than either O-2 or O-1. If you keep going with e3d and then add in that additional attempt at positive then that ensures you'll have well-timed attempts without thinking about it.

Just want to stress that you KEEP GOING with the e3d even after your pos OPK attempt. Don't stop then. Keep going whenever your next scheduled BD is!!

Okay i will do my very best and update , oh doesnt seem to have half the sex drive he had before starting these antidepressants! Theyv changed him completley in that department :/
