Thanks for giving this your attention! I really appreciate it. That certainly clears up the questions I couldn't find answers to. I still have my old sway plan, so I'll probably just do that, but maybe I'll get the diet plan when we get closer...
I seriously need to drop weight. I'm getting really depressed about it. I have to devote more time to that so I can do the "proper" diet for a month or two before beginning.
I can't remember, is there an ideal time after removing an IUD? Is one month okay? or is 2-3 better?

Exercise is the key - that you can start right away and it will only help you in the long term. I know it's incredibly tough with kiddos (I need to, too!!)
Sooner is better on the IUD. I like to give it time for the hormones to leave your system.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
