What about exercise, are doing anything?
I have been doing 1 hour long 5/6 days a week since January excluding the 2 weeks on holiday, either walking on the TM or pushing the buggy with Ds2 and Ds3 while I pick Ds1 from school (I only do 3 days) or zumba to my favourite songs on YouTube, I made a play list for 30 mins and just repeat again with a big smile on my face and to be honest I liked dancing most but only did like 2/3 days a week.
I've started an hour on the cross trainer, and I walk with my 8 month old little boy in the pram quite a distance on the days I don't fancy the cross trainer.
I'm naturally a couch potato though so finding it hard! I think I remember reading to either do the hour of exercise or nothing at all though? Unless I'm imagining I read that. I'm definitely better suited to nothing at all haha x

THat having been said if you are not in a hurry to conceive and want better odds of pink you may want to give a full 4 days between (s0 this would be every 5 days instead really) That way there is NO possibility that you have O-3 and O Day attempts (which can of course be two attempts, kinda sorta not really but still LOL). It's all about what you personally want from your sway. Even e3d is a valid method if you want to up odds of conception.

    so nutshell version:

If you want to have better odds conception but possibly higher chance of blue, e3d (Sun and Wed. 2 days between)
If you want a good balance between odds of conception while still good chance of pink, e4d (Sun and Thurs 3 days between)
If you are ok with lower chances of conception for possibly a better pink sway, e5d (Sun and Fri 4 days between)

All of them still have the benefits of regular attempts without the stress and effort of opk or temping/charting.
Atomic, thank you, you are wonderful
I think we might start off with the every 5 days.. As we aren't in a massive hurry after my recent miscarriage (would like to give my body some recovery time even though I'm so anxious and impatient to start trying for a girl) so the every 5 days actually suits us to begin with x

Our results have been so excellent on the exercise though that whenever it's possible, I do recommend it if you can. That being said I got my girl without it.
