Thanks atomic! This is my fourth month ttc. The last two months we have tried e4d pattern (both months attempts ended up falling on +opks days) I really got my hopes up,especially last month that I would get pregnant.
This month I decided to stop using opks and just do every 4 days (at the moment I would guess an attempt would fall a couple of days before ovulation - not for definite though as I won't test as it was stressing me our a bit.
Have loosened up diet as I have been vegetarian and slowly loosing weight for nearly a year now. Still vegetarian and not snacking.
Unfortunately, have had to stop exercise this month due to an ongoing ankle injury (had done 6 months of 60 mins 6 days a week up until now)
Husband not taking any supplements anymore, but taking strong v painkillers for shoulder surgery he has just had done.
I'm taking 1200 folic acid and fibre with meals.
Any advice would be very much appreciated

Thank you atomic. What if we BD on the fourth day, and a day after we have a positive opk? Do we BD again? Two days in a row? My ovulation could be saturday, and we BD this morning, on monday. So do i whait to BD on friday? Don't really know what to do this month. And if i can get pregnant from only one attempt...

When you're doing every 4 days plus one, then you BD every four days and then add in another attempt when pos OPK comes. Even if it's the next day, even if it's two days in a row. After the length of time you've been on Clomid it's time to increase odds of conception a bit.
Everyone can get pregnant with one attempt but it may take unacceptibly long to do so. either do e3d or every 4 days plus one for you guys from here on in to up your odds of conception on the Clomid.
YOu are not doing any jelly or douche or antihistamine, right?? Those need to go if you are.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you! I will change it to e3days, ovulation is a bit later this month so it is possible.
Last month I lay on back for 10 mins then 10 on back. But I will try this again this month also.
Hubby is not doing exercise this month due to his shoulder operation, not wearing tighty whites anymore either. Will drop hot shower/ bath this month.
Thanks again

Alcohol in moderation should not reduce odds of conception and does help your sway, I'd continue with that.
