    It is not unusual though, when you're swaying, to see BIG changes in the day you O. I doubt you Oed that day either but just wanted to be sure you knew that.

    There is no need to ice jewels. Heat harms sperm, to be sure, but that doesn't mean that ice miraculoulsy heals them and it certainly doesn't bring them back from the dead!!

    You can actually still not have ovulated when it goes to low fertility. It is all about the amount of time the hormone takes to clear your body and that can vary by individual and by month.

    RE vag. temping - stil has to be the same time of day before rising.

    I was on the ingender diet but switched last month to the HE because it was horrible. I still try to cut my dairy intake but I don't completely avoid it. I still salt everything, eat lots of nuts, have a big bowl of cereal in the morning and try to eat as much as I can especially red meat (have gained 3 1/2 pounds)
    If you are hating temping then wave it bye-bye!!

    For blue we've been having good luck having 3 attempts after pos OPK, so like the night of first peak, then again the next morning (O Day) then again the following night (O Day).

    Maybe I'll try FF one more month but I'll try vaginally to see what happens. I'm still having cramps but I know it's common after O. I just hope I did ok. I didn't dtd yesterday because I got the low fertility so I assumed it would have been pointless, now I'm thinking I should have tried. For next month should I do another attempt 48 hours after my surge just in case I O a little later?

    As for my diet I'm eating no dessert because I LOVE chocolate, I know dark chocolate is ok but I love milk chocolate so I decided to cut it out.. other than that I pretty much eat what I want I just make sure to eat throughout the day and find sometime to eat something in the morning even if it is just a big bowl of cereal (never was a breakfast eater before) I still have dairy but I cut back to just using it in my cereal and cheese for my sandwich. I eat more red meat, salt everything and eat more nuts. So far I have gained almost 4 pounds is that ok? I feel like I'm going a little over board.. I ate a whole medium cheese pizza by myself the other day it seems like the more I eat the more I'm hungry.. ugh

    I like you guys to keep going with every day attempts or eod until you are 1000% sure you've ovulated. Yes this is to guard against delayed O, because we get these scenarios where blue swayers stop attempting, and then don't O for 2-3 more days after that, so they're basically then in with only one viable attempt in fertile window which has been a strong pink sway for us. Even if it's every other day that's better than stopping.

    Haha yes that's what it's like for those of us with lots of boys - we eat a lot but we're hungry a lot too!! Personally i do not believe that limiting dairy or salting everything work for TTC a boy but eating more and eating better caliber foods does.

    RE weight gain, I think for most people it's fine to gain as much as 10-15 lbs. but no one wants to gain more than that. ARe you exercising at all??

    Honestly the only exercise I'm getting currently is chasing after my one year old. I know I should be doing weights right? So for future reference bd once I see my peak and keep going until I'm sure I ovulated? How wil I know I have o'd for sure? Opk went back to low fertility on Wednesday and ff never picked up on O.. Now I'm nervous that I didn't time things right, we only bd 3 times for those two days and I am STILL cramping so idk if I Od later. I really hope I didn't mess this up.

    Now I am so confused and so angry! I got a positive opk monday morning (2pm) and on wendsday tested and got low fertility now I just tested and got peak again. WHAT?!?! I'm so scared I am going to get pregnant now and have another girl because we haven't dtd since Tuesday and who knooows how long I've had this peak for because I didn't test yesterday since I had low fertility wendsday. What is going on! I'm so angry, scared and confused!!

    I have no idea what I am doing at this point. I went out to get a non digital opk and it definitely is positive (darker than the control line) I was unsure of what to do so I dtd again dh said he hasn't released since tuesday then come to find out he released earlier today UGHH. Was dtd tonight a good call? We bd' monday night, Tuesday morning and night then again today.

    Yes do weights if at all possible, and if you're packing on weight, then you can also do a mod. amount of cardio as well (no more than 45 min. 4 days a week)

    I like you guys to have 3-5 attempts in fertile window, the night of pos OPK, again the next morning, then again the same night (so 2x that day) and then if you're not sure you've Oed then keep going with either once a day or once every other day till you're sure you Oed. Either via temping or if you know your body well enough to be sure.
