What you have to understand here is that a lot of this stuff is me basically doing "thought experiments" where I sit around imagining based on the best evidence I have, how things ~might~ sway. As we all know, the available information hovers somewhere between slim and none, and so much of this is literally stuff that I just guess at.

So my GUESS is that we should probably avoid things like hitting, kicking, punching in our exercise routines just because we CAN do that with some ease and focus more on "dancy" type cardio or walking/jogging. But I don't KNOW that and in fact I'm not even really truly convinced that testosterone levels in and of themselves are really what is swaying anyway.

Just like I GUESS but do not know that lifting heavy weights while eating a high protein diet should probably be avoided for pink, and I GUESS but do not know hat light weights with weight loss and lower protein diet are probably ok for pink. So you guys need to do what is working for you first and foremost (coupled with, of course, the things in our results that are seeming to work very well) but we just have no real data about kickboxing exercises or weights vs. light weights.

I lifted HEAVY 4x a week for years when I conceived my DD. I did it fasted though, in addition to lots of cardio throughout the week and low calories overall. I definitely ate low protein for the lifting I was doing :/

I can't do LE diet and weight lift- weight lifting makes me too hungry due to increase in calorie burn.

For me, it's much easier for me to stick to the diet doing cardio only. It still revs up metabolism but doesn't increase my appetite as much.

I say, try it and see how it makes you feel. If you can do it and still stick to the LE diet and no snacking, go for it!!

^^^ great point, I've just been noticing that phenomenon as well (not swaying, just dieting) I can't seem to have it both ways, either I work out a lot and eat more, or I eat less and then can't get through an intense exercise routine. :/
