    Yeah that is exactly what I plan to do, I'm not going to beat myself up about it and will just pick up where I left off before I went on holiday. I mostly certainly will start exercise again tonight. Exercise is something I have never done before so I hope it counteracts the week long bad diet.

    Mandy your diet was very good you can do this! Keep it up I actually still I'm addicted to the le diet but I make myself eat now since I have to for my baby girl.

    I agree with sticking to coffee and alcohol daily I think alcohol helps also. Do the best you can do.

    It is pretty carby so yes it's ok but you may want to treat it as a once in a while thing.
