I had my first peak day on the CBEFM on Tuesday second peak Wednesday. My temps have not spiked yet and I am on "high" today (just tested). Would I be in O+12 range tonight or would the egg already be dead?

Fertile Days

DH (I am assuming you are talking about DH and not DS!!) can continue to take cran because the nutrients do not matter as much for him. Sperm count is more important for DH, the nutrition stuff is what matters for DW.
I am not an expert on fertility monitors so hoping some others chime in here but my understanding is that a peak day is still a peak day because just as you said, it's going off of the hormones it detects...correct me if I'm wrong someone!!
I don't feel there's any reason to do douche with Rephresh and in fact it might wash some of the RepHresh away. That's part of why I love the RepHresh, because you don't have to screw around with the douching business.
The reason why you have to mix a douche with distilled water is because pH of 2 will kill off every sperm it comes into contact with. Plus it will not feel good on the vajayjay area.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

The official word is not to, but if you are breastfeeding an older baby 9 months and up, and wait for at least an hour and pref. 2-3 after taking the aspirin, the dosage that we use baby aspirin at is believed to be safe. The only reported adverse effects were in women taking much higher dosages than we do and who were BFing very tiny babies (babies were all fine after mom discontinued aspirin) Also, it can make your baby more prone to bleeding and if that happens, stop the aspirin. If your baby has a fever or is sick at all, again, don't take the aspirin (just due to the risk of Reye's Syndrome - there has never been a reported case of Reye's caused by breastfeeding/aspirin usage, but better safe than sorry, of course.) Cranberry can also cause bleeding in babies BTW and possibly kidney problems. It's best not to take cran supps while BF because not only can it cause similar problems to aspirin in terms of bleeding, it's also way, way less studied and therefore is a big unknown.
No one needs to add the baby aspirin until just before their attempt, and a reminder - you may only need to take it as little as once a week to get the acidic benefits from it. So if you are BF and worried, you can always cut back on BF or pump and dump for a couple days at O and only take aspirin for 1-2 days.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

sorry for the slow reply on this, but I found that Actifed is the safest antihistamine you can take to dry up CM when BF: http://www.kellymom.com/health/meds/...#decongestants
