    You are definitely eating the right kinds of foods and what you have to remember is that you don't need to compare yourself to anyone BUT yourself. Some people can really pack away the chow, others can't, but you don't need to worry about what anyone else is eating, just YOU. If you're eating more nutrients than you were when you got daughters, that is what matters. Not what anyone else does. I have limits for diet because people wanted them, but they're really meaningless - the only thing that counts is your personal diet and changing that in a more blue-friendly way.

    Aw thank you for your time. I eat lot more than before. I used to skip meal and snack on sweeets. Not anymore I'm on clean diet. Really clean but it's made me a lot better health wise too for now. Hoping for some blue fairy dust over coming months. Just wish cycle was a bit shorter and regular. Is ph a really big issue with swaying. Timing for dtd is day of ovulation. Protection will be used rest of time. What your thoughts on preseed and the guaifenesin.

    I like Preseed and guanefesin both. If you have a lot of natural EWCM you may want to skip the Preseed and just go with that.

    I personally don't believe in pH any more (after getting a boy with pH of 4.5 that never went up till after I was already pregnant it is tough for me to buy into that LOL) But if you use Preseed and guan then your pH will go up anyway.

    I personally don't believe in timing after getting 4 of my 5 with timing opposites. (most of us on here have timing opposites). I suggest instead having an attempt the night before you expect to O, again the next morning, and again the following night. One attempt has gotten 70% girls for us so whatever you do, try to be in with at least 2.
