After some extra reading last night, I went out and bought folic acid tablets to take daily and we'll be saving the prenatals whenever I get a bfp. Yes, I'm definitely sticking to aspirin 3x a week, and wane after bfp

I'll start the Walk away the pounds dvd then.

As for bd I'll be doing e4d, but if opk is positive on say the third day after bd, I'll probably just bd for a better chance. If +opk falls between the e4d I'll keep my legs closed lol
