Thanks! Can I ask why you think so? Do you see any stacking? I'm new and trying to figure out whether there is stacking or not.

No worries! The nub itself looks to be on the short side to me, and looks angled upward. It may flatten out = girl or begin to stack = boy. Due to the angle and shortness, I'm giving a tentative boy lean but it could still go the other way.
