    You need to eat the foods that are going to meet your diet needs. You can have sour cream or butter if you need fat. If you don't need fat, then you may want to do the light kind. Margarine may be a little more pink friendly than butter (but I always ate butter!)

    I ate tons of baked potatoes when I was swaying and yes I did put BBQ sauce on them.

    chives are fine

    I've been having my baked potatoes with olive oil and plain yogurt or low fat sour cream.
