Zinc helps sperm, but you can take a little also. He only needs 50mg a day, I believe. Most prenatals and multis have that in them.
DHEA is a hormonal supplement that helps restore estrogen and testosterone when you are older. (May have to google for more detailed explanation.) You don't want to try this unless you are over 35, and it's best to have your natural DHEA levels checked before you take it also. Too much is counterproductive.
BY is brewer's yeast, which is just a nutritional supplement that is good for swaying blue as it has a ton of nutrients and protein in it.
Look in the sways, there are lots of good lists of supps people took there!

Me and DH were taking 200mg a day for about 1-2 months. Theres a link to a blog somewhere where an ivf lady shares that she was recommended the 200mg mark for motility, and she noticed a significant improvement quite quickly. So maybe even to switch to one every other day if you think you are giving to much
