Please help me out? I started taking EPO, it is 500 mg. Should I take twice a day? or Once would be enough? Also please tell me that for parentals, Multivitamin would be okay? and also tell me what is probiotic? How to take it?

No, please just take it once, you want to be getting more animal fats than vegetable and since EPO is a vegetable based fat you need to be careful not to take too much of it.

Multivitamin is fine, just be sure it has some Vit. D in it!

Probiotic is a healthy kind of microbe that lives in your intestines and for reasons we do not understand, has been very blue-friendly for us. Like acidophilus, bifidus, those kind of things. Just take that daily!

Till what time I must keep taking these tablets? Also my ovulation is expected in new moon and I am worried for this. Moon phase is also showing girls month.

EPO is from the first day of your period till CD 12 or positive OPK whichever comes first. Don't restart it even if you don't ovulate right away.

Your O can sometimes move when you're swaying. Personally I don't put much stock into moon phase and NO stock into astrological phases. But it may move anyway, you just never know.
