Me too! Keep in mind that a lot of us boy moms eat HUGE meals several times a day, so when TTC a boy you are aiming towards eating a lot of foods without gaining TOO much weight. 3-5 pounds is just right and you might want to lift weights to ensure you are adding muscle rather than just fat.

I don't think we can eat HUGE mails without gaining too much weight. Like how ?? (if some one know please tell me because I don't see it) How can we only put on 3-5 pounds if I eat so much??
Lets don't forget we are girl moms are most of us start out small eating very little so now we eat a lot of course we put on a lot. At least me. I started in April and now Im over 25lbs extra!
About the breakfast I always eat cereal with a little milk( not always the best type because I hate wheaties and so ) and then like 2 hours later something else again.

I always thought I just put on weight easily but to see that the HE diet is having the same effect on you girl mums - it makes me realise that I'm just a big pig who eats too much!!
