    I'm on upper limits 1800/2000 cals
    50/60 G protein and fat
    And still loosing weight
    Will try and eat more fruit and veg with each meal maybe!
    Really gutted as thought this was ganna be the month
    I was fine on the diet and really positive, just the last two failed months have made me feel abit hopeless and like I will never eat properly again [emoji85]

    Did the bleeding continue? I'm so sorry, that really sucks, it's stressful not knowing what the heck is going on.

    I'd bet you could up the limits a little more with your breastfeeding? Or one thing I started doing when I was feeling tired of the diet, after we put the kids to bed my husband and I would share a treat like popcorn or frozen yogurt sundae, not a binge and not every night, if it went over a little on my totals it wasn't by much. It's so nice to share a snuggle and a snack, let yourself relax and enjoy it!

    I think that's what I'm struggling with, the fact me and my partner used to really enjoy food together, crisps on the sofa, or share some chocolate
    Now we pretty much eat separately!
    Spotting is on and off! So god knows what's going on! Not sure what to do, just carry on and next month do e4d
    Or continue with ovulation tests!
    Such a nightmare!

    Just went out for a cooked breakfast with my little boy, didn't eat any meat but wow I enjoyed the rest! Maybe I just need to relax slightly! But it's hard because if I end up having another boy I will always blame myself!

    There is nothing wrong with having some crisps now and then while swaying! The cardinal rule of swaying - "If Daddy ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" and if he is uptight all it does is add an adversarial pressure on you that probably would end up swaying blue anyway. Sit down together and have a snack tonight, watch a movie or something.

    If the weight is coming off still, you need to eat more!!! The weight loss is the guide here, not some arbitrary limits that I made up because people demanded that I do. We have people who do even as much as like 2400 cals a month (breastfeeding is a biggie) and still get girls that way!!

    I just saw your BFP!!!!!!! Congrats!!! So you must’ve missed ovulation and that positive opk was actually positive for preggo???? Were you guys doing every 4 days or so prior to that +opk? I’m so glad you snagged that egg!!! Congrats, you’re so lucky!!!!! Your sway was so good too, I’m
