My animal fats are from chicken 5 times per week, salmon once a week and eggs 5- 6 days a week. Not sure how that balances out :/

Chicken is not super fatty - can you use butter or ghee to cook with?

I can use it to cook my eggs but Dh wouldn't use it when he cooks (only once a week tho lol)

Chicken thighs, legs and wings are fattier than breasts! I try eating more of that than breasts. They also taste better ;P

Once a week won't hurt anything.
