No, no, it doesn't. That's not what I want anyone to take away from this. Some of my blue swayers (who have 2-3-4 girls) are PLAGUED with super heavy and long periods and like I said I've always had pretty short light ones and have all boys. It's ok if you don't fit this scenario. But, you may notice that this changes while swaying, or then again you may not. It's not something that has changed for everyone or even most people, but I have had what I call "an important minority" of pink swayers see this happen and so when I see something happen repeatedly, I do take note of that of course.

Re sperm count - some guys notice improvements immediately!!! It all depends on why the count is low (and that we can't know from here). If it's because of some kind of deficiency then the nutrients make all the difference in the world. If it's some other reason that the nutrients can't help with, then he may not see the same level of improvement but it will still be better taking them than not taking htem.!!!
