I took on plant based veganism for health and not for a sway tactic so I'm just trying to see if I need to tweak my diet any further.
Limits and avoiding highly fortified foods are what matter. So possibly stay away from things like energy bars, cereal, etc.

Now if you have a choice and everything is equal between a more and less nutritious thing, like an apple instead of a mango or something then go wiht the least nutritious but overall we've seemed to find that it really doens't seem to make any difference no matter how hard you hit the fruit and veg.

If you choose only low to no nutrient foods, you won't be able to get or stay pregnant. All foods are fine within limits. I feel like some people take it to extremes and only eat cucumbers and white bread then spend months trying to conceive but can't. Also it's best to not obsess over "good" foods and "bad" foods when swaying pink because 1.there are no good or bad foods and 2.getting crazy obsessed over whether or not you can eat a certain food is just going to help sway blue.

Regarding eating more plant based foods in the original post, personally I don't think the body would see that as an improvement in condition IF you're eating less fat, protein, and cals than you were before doing LE. If you have PCOS or think you may, it might be wise to add in a little full fat dairy. As always, Atomic is THE person to give advice on all this. This is all just based on my experiences here as a former swayer.
yes yes if I could go back in time knowing what I know now about how far some people take things, I would have chosen my words with way more care because tons of people have made themselves sick not eating enough on LE Diet. I would not have even called it Low Everything Diet.

ALL foods are allowed on LE Diet. You do not need to be unhealthy or starving on LE Diet.

Everything you list is fine to eat. Many have eaten those foods and gotten girls.
