    Tomorrow
breakfast - Weetbix with full fat milk
morning tea - low fat cracker and tuna for tomorrow.
lunch - Tomato on 9 seed bread.
    afternoon tea?
    Dinner ?
    Snack - - Do I need snacks?
I like snacks for blue - 3 meals and 2-4 snacks If you can, try and have both protein and carbs at every meal and snack, so a snack might be a hardboiled egg and an orange, an apple with 2 T peanut butter, 2 T hummus and carrot sticks, or a handful of almonds and 2 or 3 dates (not ALL these, just one!) It doesn't have to be superhuge, you're just trying to keep your blood sugar up.

The green tea is supposed to raise pH and it's also blocks calcium (some people think).

I think it's good because it has a lot of antioxidants in it and it's good for fertility.
