Well, that rule is not applicable exactly to PCOS though. I was talking about for swaying on the standard diet - all foods within limits. On alternate diet, you should try to avoid the white flour and sugar both for your fertility and your sway.
THe cheats are over and done with now but moving forward please try to keep within the limits. I am not trying to be a hard ass, I just don't want you to now think "hmm atomic said this is ok within the limits" and now eat that stuff regularly. Not for the PCOS type of diet.

Totally understand. I'll stay away from them for now on! Would you say a month away from white flour would be enough time to get back on track? I know it's best to be on the diet for 4-12 weeks, the white flower I had about once a week, (veggie wakeup wrap from Dunkin' Donuts) it's something that I always ate while losing weight, it was more of a habit then anything else. I'll definitely be cutting it out from now on!

Also, I read a list of "super foods" for women with PCOS such as chicken, spinach, avocado, I believe walnuts and almonds. I know avacodo is best if limited, but should I be adding chicken to my diet? I already eat spinach not any nuts really (peanut allergy in my household) should I still avoid certain foods because they sway blue even if they are good for PCOS? (never diagnosed but have weight to spare)

if you were having it one time a week it is fine.
I think you're getting so hung up on the letter of the law here you're missing the spirit of the law.
Nothing you do once a week is going to do anything to your sway OR your PCOS. Do not postpone a sway for this.
BUT, my original answer that "all you have to do is stay within limits" was misleading because I realized the second time through that you could interpret that as meaning you could have as much sugar and flour as you wanted to and with PCOS that is not the case. that was what I was trying to clarify.!!! Questions??

Thank you atomic, that helps a lot, and I feel so much better about everything knowing that. I'll definitely be limiting/cutting out sugar and flower (other then on special Occasions as a treat)
I feel pretty good about my sway after all of the information, aside from a few bumps in the road I feel like I'm on the right track.
One thing I honestly wish I could change is my worrying too much about all of the details of this sway.
Thank you for taking the time to answer all of my questions
