They are fine but they go toward your total amount so if you do a bsb or a bsf count it as if you have had a drink of ural. That is how I keep track. My ural packet says every 4x a day so no more than 4 of any bs "thing" a day. That is what I do anyway. Too much baking soda can be very dangerous!!

    3. ACV
    4. COT
    5. BSD
    6. Gelatin

help? what is the most effective and safest combination among the above?
My ~personal~ preference is for people to do JUST lemon water and/or ACV, and gelatin for testosterone. I feel these drinks are safest for overall health. I also strongly prefer that you get your potassium via diet rather than COT/ASG/Ural because this is much safer.

Some other drinks that are very safe and blue friendly are: Fruit juice/V8 juice mixed with Brewer's Yeast, wheatgrass juice, green tea in moderation, and my personal fave coconut water which has a ton of potassium in a form your body can easily use and is not dangerous in any way.

To answer your specific q, Ural is "best" because it is basically a combo of BSD and COT plus citric acid. ASG is second best because it's BSD and COT combined. so if you can't get ural, then do ASG and lemon water.

I ~personally~ don't like people doing COT (or Ural and ASG either) because it is potassium, and it's not a good idea to start and stop potassium and you can't do COT/ASG during the 2WW. Too much potassium (via supplementation) is seriously dangerous for your health, so when your body perceives that there is too much potassium coming in, it starts to excrete a lot more potassium, and then when you stop suddenly cold turkey as people do during the 2WW, your body is still excreting more potassium which can kill ya even quicker than too much potassium can. As in, "suddenly drop dead" kind of kill you. Obviously, people are doing it and tolerating it ok but there is always the chance that you will be the one person who cannot tolerate it. Plus, high sodium makes you excrete even more potassium and since most people keep up with the sodium levels at least somewhat during the 2WW, to me this on again, off again potassium stuff is like playing with fire. We haven't been burned YET that we know of anyway, but it's only a matter of time before someone gets very sick or dies from this.

Potassium is not hard to get via diet, it's in virtually everything and it is perfectly safe when eaten through food form, so just the addition of a coconut water a day will do a lot towards getting you towards a goal of increased potassium intake. A coconut water and a banana is already almost 1000 mg of potassium right there in addition to all the other nutrients they contain, in a safe form that you can continue throughout the 2WW and pregnancy!!

You can, but you need to add up all the BS sources because you can absorb it through your skin, esp. thru the thinner vaginal tissues. Directions are in this essay http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...ng-Soda-basics
